PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Purpose

This Privacy Policy & Terms of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) is provided here so that, among other things, you know the policies and procedures of Kinosaito, Inc., a New York charitable, not-for-profit corporation (the “Organization” or “us”) regarding (i) use of the Site by visitors to the Site (“you”) and (ii) our collection, use, and disclosure of the information we collect and receive from users of our website, www.kinosaito.org and any other site, mobile application, or other similar Internet based presence now or hereafter owned by us (collectively, the “Site”). 

By accessing, visiting or otherwise using the Site, you consent to the terms of this Agreement. If we ever change any terms of this Agreement, they will be posted by means of a revision to this Agreement or elsewhere on the Site. Accordingly, you agree to review this Agreement each time you access, visit, or otherwise use the Site, and in each instance you agree anew with and consent to all such terms in their entirety.

Donations and Anticipated Tax Exemption

Although at the time of this policy’s initial adoption and posting on the Site, we are a New York charitable, not-for-profit corporation anticipating being granted tax-exempts status, we have not yet received tax exempt status. Please know that we are planning to apply to the Internal Revenue Service for tax-exempt status, but as of this time we are not tax exempt.  While we believe we will receive such status, and although we believe that such status once granted will apply to donations made in good faith before the status was granted, there can be no guarantees. Neither this paragraph nor anything else here is, or may be take as, tax or legal advice; you are required to seek advice from your own independent, qualified, legal and tax advisors for any analysis of any donations you may give.

Information Disclosure

We will not rent, sell, or share personal identification information about you with nonaffiliated persons other than in connection with the operation of the Site or the provision of our services, and when we otherwise have your permission. KinoSaito is not responsible for the content for any links outside of KinoSaito's own website. Your access to any off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

The Site is generally not directed to children, unless we expressly provide otherwise in connection with any undertaking whose purpose is to include children as beneficiaries of our charitable, educational, or informative services or activities.
